CCT is delighted to be partnering with Sherry FitzGerald, Ireland’s largest residential Agency. Sherry Fitz, founded in 1982, is committed to delivering unparalleled customer service in the property sector. In 40 years, they have grown to become Ireland’s largest, fully diversified property advisory firm with a network of 23 owned branches in Dublin and surrounding areas, as well as 3 owned flagship offices in Cork, Galway & Limerick, and their head office. There are also 69 franchise offices throughout Ireland.

 

Sherry FitzGerald have always been innovators in the Irish property market, launching one of Ireland’s first property websites in 1998 and Ireland’s first ever national property franchise organisation in 1999. CCT are excited to help them keep innovating and maintain a competitive advantage, showing the value of AI advertising in Ireland.

 

During late fall, 11 new Volvo car dealers started using CCT technology with the goal of improving their car sales by using AI. The results have been very good, and based on that, we are onboarding several new Volvo car dealers during February and March in Sweden, Norway, and other countries. In summary, the results show that each CCT advertised car has decreased sales time by as much as 35% compared to others that do not use the technology.

The value that comes from a faster sales time far exceeds the CCT campaign cost for the very same car.
